Our machinery

Our machinery has a high capacity. We have a wide range of production machinery reaching from 50 to 160 tons in a clean room environment.

Furthermore we have additional packaging equipment for high volume or pre-series with the ability to produce our own blisters.

• 4 pieces with the capacity of 50 tons
• 2 pieces with the capacity of 110 tons
• 1 piece with the capacity of 120 tons
• 2 pieces with the capacity of 160 tons

Cleanroom production

The base in our production is a state of the art cleanroom classified according to ISO14644-1 class 8. We injection mould, assemble and package your products in a highly controlled and clean environment.

CLEAN PRODUCTION

When your product demands a hygenic environment or is just a “white product”, we can satisfy your requirements as well and offer standard industrial production in a clean and controlled environment in the same manner as for the clean room except from microbiological control. With other words – the best of both worlds.
