Cleanroom production

The base in our production is a state of the art cleanroom classified according to ISO13485 class 8 and 7. We injection mould, assemble and packge your products in a highly controlled and clean environment.

When your product demands a hygenic environment or is just a ”white product”, we can satisfy your requirements as well and offer standard industrial production in a clean and controlled environment without the demands of the clean room. With other words – the best of both worlds.

Projects

Our projects are run by experienced cross-functional teams according to PPAP under the certification of 13485. Making sure we deliver on deadline with high transparency during quotation, design, tool purchase, testruns, validation and industrialization. On top, we always provide feedback for best possible production solution and we will gladly be a part of the design phase.

Design and simulation

Need help with construction or design? We can help you with add-ons, reconstruction or adjustments. Before you take the step to purchase your tool we offer the possibility to do a simulation of your 3d-model. You will then be able to estimate warpage and shrinkage before we start production.

We can also support you with 3d-prints or drawings to make sure you get a good vision of your product before we start.

Tools

Your new product will be in good hands. Our experienced team of tool engineers work with a wide network of well known suppliers both in Asia, Europe and in Sweden. We choose the supplier according to your specifications, to ensure that you get the tool that best meets your needs. During the production we have our own in-house workshop to provide you with maintenance and smaller repairs.

Assembly

Assembly is a big part of our business. Both inline assembly for smaller and faster add-ons but also more complex assembly in which we are also able to source ingoing articles and take the full quality responsibility.

Packaging

We support you with your packaging needs. Each step of loading the product, seal blister pack and seal it with a top liner. We produce our own blisters, both hard and soft according to your specifications and design.

Decorations

We provide tampo printing, silk screen, laminations or hot stamping but our experience cover even more areas. Let us know what you request and we will do our best to meet your wishes.

Welding

Welding has in many ways become an important signature technology of ours. Ultrasonic, vibration, friction, hot melting or mirror. We can offer all of these technologies depending on the needs of your product.
